Robert G. Allen, 43, of 552 Desmond Drive, was arrested Monday in the 100 block of East South Street and charged with driving while license suspended, driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and improper backing, police said. Allen could not post $3,000 bond and was taken to McHenry County Jail.
