Elizabeth D. Blayney, 85, who worked for more than 30 years with the Evanston Bond and Mortgage Co., died Wednesday in her home in Evanston. Mrs. Blayney was born in Ft. Smith, Ark., and lived in Evanston since 1940. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Beth Steele; and a grandson. Services will be private.
