Luis A. Castaneda, 19, of 931 N. Seminary Ave., was arrested at 1 p.m. Friday at Eastwood Drive and Country Club Road and charged with no valid driver’s license, no front license plate, obstructed front windshield and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. A passenger in his car, Roberto N. Carbajal, 21, of 501 McHenry Ave., was arrested on a warrant held by the Woodstock Police Department for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, police said. Castaneda posted $100 bond and was given a May 16 court date. Carbajal was taken to McHenry County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond and is awaiting a court date.
