Kraft combines cereal, coffee: Kraft Foods, a unit of Philip Morris Cos. based in Northbrook, said it plans to combine its former Maxwell House and Post divisions, leading to the resignation of the top Post executive. Kraft said the new Maxwell House/Post division, renamed the coffee and cereals division, will be headed by Ann M. Fudge, 46, who was named executive vice president of Kraft Foods and president of the division. Fudge was president of the Maxwell House division. Timothy M. Callahan, 37, was named executive vice president and general manager of cereals, reporting to Fudge. He succeeds Mark M. Leckie, who resigned.
