Cindy J. Skarr, 48, of Naperville died Tuesday in Edward Hospital in Naperville. Mrs. Skarr owned a retail restaurant. Survivors include her husband, Daniel; a son, Dan; and three daughters, Catherine Parker, Carolyn and Christa. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. A mass will be said at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1450 Green Trails Drive, Naperville.
