Lloyd Noble Mayfield Jr., 66, of Streamwood, died Tuesday in Columbia Hoffman Estates Medical Center. Mr. Mayfield was born in Indianapolis. He was a military veteran. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann; two sons, Bruce and Andrew; three daughters, Doreen Anthony, Catherine Lollino and Carla; his mother, Crystal; eight grandchildren; three sisters, and a brother. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 485 S. Bartlett Rd., Streamwood.
