A hearing has been set for Dec. 18 in McHenry County Circuit Court on a motion by Lake in the Hills Aviation Group Inc. for a preliminary injunction to stop the Village of Lake in the Hills from taking over the airport.
A judge issued a temporary restraining order Monday barring the village from seizing control of the village-owned airport from the aviation firm that has run it since 1992.
