Zenith license: Zenith Electronics Corp. and Microware Systems Corp. extended an existing licensing agreement between them to include Microware’s Digital Audio/Video Interactive Decoder package for Zenith high-definition television products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Microware develops and markets real-time operating system software and development tools.
