Leonard Kody, 17, of 7839 Woodstock Drive, Tinley Park, was charged with retail theft Dec. 30 for allegedly taking a pair of $49.99 shoes from Kohl’s Department Store, 3 Orland Park Pl., police said. He is to appear in court Jan. 21.
