Joseph W. Rittenhouse, 21, of 2409 Club Drive, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Monday on a warrant held by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, police said. Rittenhouse posted bond and was given a March 9 court date.
