J. Trinidad G. Cuevas, 41, of 106 N. Butrick St., Waukegan, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended for insurance and having only one red taillight, police said. Cuevas posted bond and was given an April 16 court date.
