Northwestern University students raised more than $400,000 for two charities during the school’s 24th annual dance marathon, a marathon spokesman said.
More than 400 student dancers, and thousands of spectators and volunteers, raised the money for La Rabida Children’s Hospital and Research Center and the Evanston Community Foundation, organizers said.
The event was held at the Norris University Center Friday, Saturday and early Sunday.
