Nalco acquisition: Nalco Chemical Co., Naperville, said it acquired Polo Citrus Corp., Wilmington, N.C. Terms were not disclosed. Polo has annual sales of $3 million. It specializes in application of chemical products that control dust during the mining, processing and transportation of materials like minerals, sand, gravel and coal.
