Dayton Hudson Corp. is paying $120 million to acquire Rivertown Trading Co., a for-profit catalog company created by Minnesota Public Radio. Rivertown owns catalogs such as Signals and Wireless, which specialize in products related to public television shows such as “Mystery.” The transaction will add an estimated $90 million to Minnesota Public Radio’s $19 million endowment fund.
