Alfred Walter Kubon, 92, of Wheaton died Sunday in the DuPage Convalescent Home in Wheaton. Born in Germany, Mr. Kubon was employed by A&P groceries. He was in the National Guard. Survivors include two sons, Karl and Walter; a grandson; and two great-grandsons. A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Sheldon-Goglin Funeral Home, 5935 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago.
