A 32-year-old Lockport man was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and home invasion after fleeing the residence of an Orland Park woman, Orland Park police said Saturday.
Charles B. Buckley, 14744 S. Greenbriar Lane, was arrested Thursday after the woman told police he came to her home, near 139th Street and Wolf Road, kicked in the door and assaulted her.
The victim told police she knew the man, according to Orland Park Police Sgt. Charles Cassata. When he came to her house, she refused to let him in, Cassata said.
Bond was set at $20,000 Friday in the 5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview, according to police.
