Police said Arturo C. Gutierrez, 23, of 2151 N. Long Ave., Chicago, was arrested Monday following a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 14 and School Street and charged with driving while under the influence, no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage. Gutierrez was taken to McHenry County Jail.
