A Joliet man was charged Friday with possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a look-alike substance. Police said they stopped a vehicle driven by Travares Williams, 19, of 111 S. Eastern Ave., as he headed north on Ilinois Highway 59. Police said they found a substance that they believe to be crack cocaine inside the vehicle. The substance is being sent to the Illinois State Police Crime Lab for analysis. A 16-year-old passenger was released to his parents pending charges through the Will County Juvenile Probation Department.
