Q. I am 18 years old and currently involved with a 30-year-old woman. The relationship so far is good, despite the distance between where we are and our relatively busy schedules. Our sex life is good also. The question I have is whether or not we should stay together. I mean, I am in college now and she is 30. Our worlds may grow apart quickly, and I was wondering if you could give me some advice about staying with her or leaving and pursuing someone more my age. Thanks.

A. The fact that you are questioning the relationship tells me that you have some doubts. It sounds to me that you might want to pursue some college girl more your age, but you got yourself into this relationship and need an excuse to get out of it. If I’m right, don’t fight it. Just look at this experience as having been a good one, that it taught you a lot about sex and relationships with the opposite sex, and then see where life leads you.
