Ronald J. Kincaid Sr., 53, of Mt. Prospect died Wednesday in his home. Born in Chicago, Mr. Kincaid worked as a millwright for 32 years at Leavitt Tube Co., Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen; a son, Ronald Jr.; two daughters, Leigh Hannigan and Kimberly O’Mahoney; two stepsons, Derek and Todd Huffer; his mother, Naomi; a brother, Robert; four sisters, Janet Coffman, Linda, Diane O’Dette and Sharon Spellman; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday in Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
