Naperville police were seeking a suspect Friday in the armed robbery of an apartment building resident as the man got out of his car in the building’s parking lot.
The 35-year-old victim was approached by a man wielding a handgun and demanding money in the lot at 115 Testa Drive. The victim handed over an undisclosed amount, and the gunman fled.
Police said the suspect is a thin male in his mid-20s and about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black T-shirt and a red baseball cap.
A witness reported a man fitting that description was seen leaving the area around the time of the holdup in a light-colored, medium-size older car, police said.
