Woodward Governor Co. said it agreed to acquire Textron Inc.’s Fuel Systems unit for $160 million. Woodward, based in Rockford, makes engine fuel delivery and control systems and components. It had revenue of $211.3 million in the six months ended March 31. Fuel Systems Textron, based in Zeeland, Mich., makes fuel injection nozzles, spray manifolds, and fuel metering and distribution valves. It had revenue of $82 million in 1997.
