Stephen Holden, 44, was named president and treasurer of Skokie-based Sabratek Corp., a medical systems maker. He replaces Anil Rastogi, 55, who left to join Nomos Corp. as chief executive. Holden had been senior vice president and chief financial officer at Sabratek, and Paul Jurewicz, 42, was named to fill those posts. Vincent Capponi, 40, who had been vice president of operations, was named vice president and chief operating officer.
