Diversified Food Group of Lincolnwood has reached a definitive agreement to buy Wilton Foods Inc., a Goshen, N.Y.-based frozen-foods company, for undisclosed terms. Diversified Food employs 1,000 people and distributes foods to retailers in the United States, Canada and Britain.
