Carl D. Haak, 62, of 38055 N. Coolidge, Waukegan, was arrested at about 7 p.m. Sunday and charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident and driving while license revoked, according to police. Haak posted bond and was given a Sept. 10 court date.
