An 18-year-old man was listed in good condition Friday at Rush-Copley Medical Center, a day after he was stabbed in the chest and side during a fight in Aurora near Loucks and New York Streets.
Michael Friel said he got out of a vehicle Thursday afternoon to argue with someone who then stabbed him during the altercation. But the 17-year-old male whom Friel accused of stabbing him told police that Friel was the man wielding the knife.
The suspect was arrested but later released without being charged.
