Police Sunday charged Robert Ezell, 44, of the 300 block of South Des Plaines Street, Joliet, with burglary to a motor vehicle after he was accused of breaking into a car in the 300 block of Comstock Avenue. He was taken to Will County Jail for a bond hearing.
