Two women were arrested last week after allegedly using foil-lined bags to avoid theft sensors at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Center, police said. Charged with felony retail theft were Janice Johnson, 34, of the 3100 block of West Douglas Boulevard, Chicago, and Veronica Stuckey, 25, of Kansas City, Mo., police said.
