A 30-year-old Waukegan man was charged Monday with felony unlawful use of a weapon and felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle after he was found to be driving a stolen rental truck from Budget Car & Truck Rental, 7170 W. 159th St., said police. Emanuel Mohan, of the 3000 block of Normal Lane, allegedly had a loaded handgun in the vehicle, said police.
