Haig M. Klujian, 20, of the 3500 block of Merle Lane, Northbrook, was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery Sunday after he allegedly struck a 28-year-old Highland Park man in the head and stomach during an altercation outside an auction house on the 39 W 100 block of Illinois Highway 20 in Elgin Township, police said.
