Police said Steve Vincent, 42, of the 0-99 block of Rushmore Lane was charged Saturday with leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended license. Vincent allegedly hit a parked car in a lot at 267 E. Grand Ave. and left the scene. Witnesses identified Vincent, who told police he didn’t realize he had hit the vehicle. He is to appear in court Sept. 2.
