Two Lockport women were charged with retail theft last week after they were accused of taking clothes from J.C. Penney, 3 Orland Square Drive, police said. Elizabeth Bolton, 20, of the 1300 block of Argo Lane and Lisa Fiegl, 20, of the 1300 block of McCameron Avenue were arrested Oct. 12 and are scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28.
