Patrick Weber, 17, of the 800 block of West Montrose Drive, Chicago, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools after a traffic stop Thursday at Lake-Cook Road and Milwaukee Avenue, police said. The 1993 Nissan Maxima he was driving was stolen in Chicago, police said.
