A 7-year-old boy and his 6-year-old sister drowned in a suburban Milwaukee hotel pool over the weekend, authorities said.
Police on Sunday did not immediately release the identities of the two children, who were pronounced dead at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa Saturday night.
The children were found in 8 feet of water at the Westwood Hotel and Suites pool in Wauwatosa, where they apparently were at a party, police said.
A 13-year-old boy noticed one of the children on the bottom of the pool, and pulled the child from the water, police said. A man pulled the other child from the water, officials said.
There was no lifeguard on duty, police said.
