Andrew Gray, 18, of the 900 block of Hyacinth Lane was arrested Monday after a routine traffic stop at Stearns Road and Illinois Highway 59. Gray was found to be in possession of alcohol and marijuana, police said. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor, police said.
