An Aurora man was arrested Sunday morning after he fled police at a traffic stop at South Lake Street and West Downer Place, police said. Jose Domingo Buenos-Aires, 22, of the 800 block of East Lake Street was charged with fleeing and eluding, not having a valid driver’s license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control signal. He was a passenger in the vehicle stopped by police.
