Vandals caused about $2,200 in damage to 22 lawns Thursday night or early Friday, police said. A vehicle apparently made ruts on parkways and lawns in the 0 to 200 blocks of Flagstaff Lane, the 600 and 700 blocks of Evanston Street and the 600 block of Illinois Boulevard, authorities said.
