Nisha Patel, 17, of the 1000 block of Ridgewood Drive, West Chicago, was charged with retail theft from Kohl’s, 3840 East Main St., police said. Patel allegedly placed a shirt, skirt and pants valued at $70 into her purse and left the store without paying, police said.
