Rosemont-based technology service provider Comdisco Inc. said a federal bankruptcy court has given the company a two-month extension of the exclusive period in which to file plans for reorganization. The company, which filed for bankruptcy protection in July, said the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois approved its request for an extension of the exclusive periods during which only Comdisco may file a plan of reorganization and solicit acceptances of that plan. These periods have now been extended through Jan. 15 and March 15, respectively.
