Kevin Sipple, 33, of the 3300 block of Fremont Street, was charged Thursday with domestic battery after he allegedly shook a female family member and slapped her thigh during a quarrel in their home. The victim was not injured, police said. Sipple also was charged with resisting arrest when he attempted to flee as an officer escorted him to a squad car. Sipple was ordered to appear in court March 1, police said.
