Two women were arrested Tuesday after being accused of taking merchandise from Kmart, 345 W. St. Charles Rd., police said. Charged with retail theft were Sandra White, 17, of the 2700 block of Cripple Creek Drive, Naperville, and Sarah White, 18, of the 1600 block of Moore Street, Streamwood, police said.
