Michael Papas, 18, of the 100 block of West King Henry Court, Palatine, was charged Saturday with battery, criminal trespassing and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor after he was allegedly found wondering the halls of the Holiday Inn, 3405 Algonquin Rd. When he was asked to leave Papas pushed a guard, who was not injured, police said. Papas was released and ordered to appear in court May 1, police said.
