A patrol officer’s shoulder was dislocated Friday evening in a fight with a West Chicago man who allegedly resisted arrest after being accused of using a worthless check in Maple Cigarettes, 2243 Maple Ave. Police said Anthony P. Lundy, 24, of the 4N500 block of Wescot Lane was charged with felony deceptive practice, two counts of felony aggravated battery and resisting arrest.
