– A headline in some editions of Thursday’s Metro section misidentified the residence of a woman whose body was found in a Joliet Township church parking lot. Tyraneisha Arthur was a resident of Joliet.

– A story in Thursday’s TribWest section about a retiring DuPage County judge stated incorrectly that applications to fill the associate judge position are due by July 12. In fact applications are due by July 5.

– A story in Thursday’s Business section did not clearly explain the price of UAL Corp. shares when employees acquired 55 percent of the company. When adjusted for a stock split and a special $84.81 dividend, the stock closed at $23 per share on July 13, 1994, the day after the deal was approved by shareholders.

– An editorial Tuesday stated incorrectly that India had moved up from the bottom tier to the middle tier of countries in the State Department’s second annual report on human trafficking. In fact India remained in the middle tier for the second consecutive year. Pakistan moved from the bottom tier to the middle.

– A graphic on Page 11 of Monday’s Main News section incorrectly identified a photo of C.E. Andrews, the global managing partner of Andersen, as Michael Odom, the risk-management partner in the firm’s Houston office. A correct photo of Odom is at right.

– In the Towns of Barrington Community Focus section, Barrington Hills Village Board members were incorrectly listed. Village Board members are Robert G. Abboud Jr., Francine R. Fossler, Fritz Gohl, Theodore L. Horne, Brian McManus and Daria G. Sapp.

– A story in the June 14 Business section incorrectly identified the president of the Professional Pilots Federation, which is seeking to overturn a rule requiring commercial airline pilots to retire at age 60. The president is Bert Yetman.
