Police said they arrested a local woman after stopping her at Madison Street and Stewart Avenue. Yvonne Mieczkowski, 19, of the 700 block of South Grace Street was charged with speeding, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
