A homeless man was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle Tuesday night, police said. Earl Robinson, 34, was stopped while driving a 1995 Ford Aerostar in the 200 block of Fleetwood Drive, police said. The minivan was stolen in the past two weeks in Marengo, reports said.
