Police said they recently arrested a 56-year-old Niles woman after she was accused of hitting a resident of Tabor Hills Healthcare Facilities, 1347 Crystal Ave. Carol L. Parisi of the 7700 block of Neva Avenue was charged with aggravated battery of a senior citizen and abuse of a long-term facility resident, police said.
