Tracy McGrady scored 47 points as the Orlando Magic snapped an eight-game losing streak at the Bradley Center with a 100-90 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night.
McGrady came within three points of his career high of 50.
One night after Kevin Garnett hounded him into a 6-for-15 shooting night, McGrady found Milwaukee’s soft defense more to his liking. He scored 28 points in the first half and accounted for all but two points in Orlando’s 18-8 run that gave the Magic a 52-44 halftime lead.
