Two men were in the DuPage County Jail Friday after being charged with trying to sell a kilogram of cocaine to two undercover officers in Oakbrook Terrace.
Ramiro Bastida, 27, of Cicero, and Ignacio Ruiz, 23, of Chicago, were arrested Thursday.
