A fire in a four-story building in Chicago’s River West area caused parts of its roof to collapse and drew 120 firefighters, a fire official said Saturday.
Firefighters arrived at the mixed-use building in the 500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue at 3:19 a.m. and saw flames coming from the dock area, said fire Cmdr. Lorenzo Vazquez. The blaze was put out just after 6 a.m.
No injuries were reported. The cause is not yet known.
